Your adventure begins with a scenic drive from Delhi to Ramnagar, covering approximately 260 kilometers. The journey takes around 6 hours through beautiful landscapes, so try to start early and reach by noon to make the most of your day.

Upon arrival, you'll be warmly welcomed at your comfortable resort with a refreshing drink. Check into your well-appointed rooms and enjoy a delicious lunch. The resort offers excellent facilities, so if you're a swimming enthusiast, don't forget to pack your swimwear!

After settling in and freshening up, spend your evening by the serene Kosi River - it's a wonderfully peaceful spot where you can relax and soak in the natural beauty. As the sun sets, gather for dinner served under a blanket of stars. The cool evening breeze and the sounds of nature will lull you into a peaceful night's sleep.

Early Morning - Elephant Safari: Wake up before sunrise for your exciting elephant safari. This unique experience takes you through grasslands and thick jungle areas where jeeps cannot venture. Elephants move silently through the forest, giving you an intimate perspective of wildlife. The gentle giants navigate through dense vegetation, offering you incredible photo opportunities and close encounters with nature.

Post-Breakfast - Crocodile Lake Visit: After returning from the elephant ride and enjoying a hearty breakfast, hop into a jeep for a visit to the lake area. Here, you'll witness massive crocodiles basking lazily in the sun along the banks. Keep an eye out for gharials too - those fascinating crocodilians with long, thin snouts that make them look prehistoric!

Afternoon - Jhirnajhali Watchtower: Your afternoon adventure takes you to the Jhirnajhali area, where you'll climb a watchtower for breathtaking panoramic views of the forest canopy and surrounding wilderness.

Main Event - Core Zone Jeep Safari: Now comes the highlight of your trip - the core zone jeep safari where tiger sightings are most frequent. These magnificent big cats are known to frequent these areas. Keep your camera ready and your eyes peeled! You might spot tigers resting in tall grass, lounging under shady bushes, or if you're extremely fortunate, witness them hunting or playing. Every safari is different - it all depends on nature's mood and a bit of luck.

Return to your resort by evening for a special wildlife documentary screening. Share your day's experiences over dinner before retiring for the night.

After a filling breakfast, embark on another thrilling day of tiger tracking across different zones of the national park. Today, you'll explore new territories and increase your chances of spotting the elusive big cats.

Wildlife Beyond Tigers: While tigers are the stars, Corbett is home to an incredible variety of wildlife. Spot graceful deer herds moving through the forest, wild pigs gathering near water bodies, and if luck favors you, sloth bears or Himalayan black bears foraging for food. Leopards, though more elusive, also call this forest home.

Bird Watching Paradise: Corbett is a haven for bird enthusiasts with over 600 species recorded. Watch colorful kingfishers diving for fish, majestic eagles soaring overhead, and countless small, vibrant birds flitting through the trees. Your naturalist guide will help you identify different species and share fascinating facts about their behavior.

Return to your resort by late afternoon. Enjoy the resort's facilities, perhaps take a dip in the pool, and relax after an action-packed day. Dinner and overnight stay at the resort.

Enjoy your final breakfast at the resort, savoring the peaceful forest ambiance one last time. Pack your bags, complete the check-out formalities, and begin your journey back home.

Drive back to Delhi with a camera full of amazing wildlife photographs and a heart full of unforgettable memories. The sights, sounds, and experiences of Corbett will stay with you long after you've left.

While Jim Corbett has a healthy tiger population and we visit prime tiger zones, wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed as animals roam freely. However, this package includes multiple safaris across different zones and times, significantly increasing your chances. Our experienced guides know tiger movement patterns and will maximize your opportunities for sightings. Even if you don't spot tigers, you'll encounter numerous other fascinating wildlife species.
Elephant safaris offer a unique, intimate experience. Elephants can navigate through dense jungle and tall grasslands where jeeps cannot go, providing closer encounters with wildlife. They move silently and don't frighten animals as much as vehicles do. The elevated perspective from elephant back gives you excellent photo opportunities. Jeep safaris, on the other hand, cover larger distances and allow access to different zones and terrain types. Both experiences complement each other perfectly.
Absolutely! This package is family-friendly and suitable for all age groups. The resort provides comfortable accommodation, and safaris are conducted safely with experienced drivers and guides. Children above 5 years are counted as adults for safari bookings. Elderly guests can comfortably enjoy the safaris at a relaxed pace. Yes, we offer complete flexibility! You can extend your stay, add extra safari rides, upgrade accommodation, include special activities, or customize the itinerary according to your preferences. Many guests choose to add a 5th day or include visits to nearby attractions like Nainital. Contact us with your specific requirements and we'll create a personalized package that perfectly matches your interests and budget.
The park is open from mid-November to mid-June. The best time for tiger sightings is from November to February when the weather is pleasant and animals are more active. March to June offers excellent sightings as animals congregate around water sources, though temperatures can be high. Book at least 60-90 days in advance, especially for peak season (November-February), to ensure availability and better rates.
