Booking Information & Important Terms
Tour Season & Dates
Valid Period: 15th November to 15th June (National park closed during monsoon season)
Cancellation Policy
Important: No refunds are provided once the booking is cancelled. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance separately.
Advance Booking
We recommend booking at least 60 days in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak season (November-February).
Check-in & Check-out Timings

- Early check-in or late check-out depends on forest department timings and availability
Important Points to Remember
- Accommodation and facilities (electricity, water, housekeeping) are managed by the forest department. We assist with booking arrangements only
- As tour operators, we cannot guarantee service quality at forest rest houses since these are government-managed properties
- We handle arrangements for extra safaris and permits if required
- In case rooms are not available as per booking, a full refund will be provided
- Children above 11 years are counted as adults for booking purposes
- Tour officially begins and ends at Ramnagar (main Corbett office)

Budget Option: Dormitory beds are available at Gairal, Dhikala, and Bijrani for budget-conscious travelers.
